Poasttown School has the capability to host small to large events. We would be more than happy to talk to you about hosting yours!! From weddings to conferences, Poasttown is right for you. With a large vendor area and a large school gymnasium with a stage, Poasttown is the perfect place to hold your event.

Poasttown has 20 6' folding tables and 110 folding chairs for your event (table cloths are not included.) Should you require more, there is a rental place close by that you can order extras. Darrell can fill you in on that when you contact him. There is also a good size outdoor area should you also require one.


To host an event or media/filming at Poasttown, there is a $350.00 NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT required when booking the event, or media/filming. Click the DONATE tab below to pay your deposit, and payment for building rental. The balance of $400 must be made in full 14 business days prior to the event or your event will be cancelled and deposit forfeited. NO EXCEPTIONS. WE ARE NOT INTERESTED IN SHARING THE TICKET SALES OR PERCENTAGE, ETC. The cost of the building is $750.00 per day.

If you are including a SUB EVENT (a night time ghost hunt with your booking) and you are going to charge your ticket holders extra, Poasttown School requires 25% gratuity from the Sub Event sales.
